Who we are

What data we collect

When you run a survey: the business name, service, area and (optionally) website you type in. These are used to run the searches; they are not used to identify you.
When you contact us through the form: your name, email and (optionally) phone, together with the survey result, so we can reply. Stored securely and used only to respond to your enquiry.
Technical data: your IP address is recorded with a contact submission to prevent abuse.

Cookies & analytics

This site sets no cookies when you arrive. Analytics cookies load only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you refuse, none are set and no tracking takes place. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. We use no advertising cookies and do not sell or share your data.

IP addresses are anonymised in Analytics. The consent record above is stored in your browser only and never leaves your device.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We process analytics data only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

How long we keep it

Contact submissions are kept for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or request portability. To exercise any of these, email info@lautryv.com. You may also complain to the French data authority, the CNIL.

Third parties

To run the survey we send your typed query to our search provider (SerpApi) to fetch live Google results. We use Google Analytics only with your consent. We do not share your contact details with either.
